Safe Harbor Inspections Inc. is a locally owned and operated full service home inspection company.James Ruppert, Collin Ruppert, Tom Baccarella and Anthony Padula perform all the home inspections and write all the home inspection reports. Safe Harbor Inspections Inc. also carries Errors and Omissions and Liability insurance for your protection.

James Ruppert is the President of Safe Harbor Inspections Inc. and is a Certified Home Inspector through multiple institutions and is licensed by the State of New York to perform home inspections. James has been operating, maintaining and inspecting real estate for over 25 years. James is a past president of the Long Island chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and is the current vice president of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He is also a New York State licensed Real Estate Instructor and teaches a continuing education class for the Long Island Board of Realtors.

Collin Ruppert is a Certified Home Inspector through multiple institutions and is licensed by the State of New York to perform home inspections. He has performed over 1000 inspections and is also a real estate investor.

Anthony Padula established Envirotech Inspection Services in 1991 and merged the firm with Safe Harbor Inspections Inc. in 2005. Mr. Padula has performed thousands of home inspections and is highly respected in the industry. He is a Certified Home Inspector through multiple institutions and is licensed by the State of New York to perform home inspections.

Tom Baccarella is a certified Energy Rater for New York Building Technologies Group and is the Green Construction Coordinator/Project Manager for Habitat for Humanity of Nassau County. He is also a Master Trainer / Craft instructor For Associated builders and Contractors (CTC of NY), NYS apprenticeship training program and an Osha construction safety outreach instructor.
